An experience with psychedelics can open a lot: memories, emotions, questions about who you are. What happens afterwards, in the days and months that follow, matters as much as the experience itself.
Who it's for
- For anyone who felt something important and doesn't want it to stay a memory.
- For anyone who had a psychedelic experience and doesn't know what to do with what came up.
- For anyone left with distress, confusion or trouble sleeping after an experience.
What this support is
I work with what you've already lived through, whether it was a difficult experience or a meaningful one.
How I work
Integrating means bringing what opened up into your daily life, at your own pace. I work with it through body-oriented psychotherapy and integrative mental health: what you felt in your body, what it stirred in your history and how you are today.
Training
I trained in psychedelic-assisted therapy at CIIS (California Institute of Integral Studies) and with MAPS in its Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy Training for PTSD.
I co-founded Ciencia Psicodélica, where we train therapists across Latin America and organize congresses and symposia on psychedelic-assisted therapy. I've been in clinical practice focused on trauma for more than 20 years.
