1. Medicine

2. Body

   Five years of training as a body-oriented psychotherapist at Reidman International College for Complementary and Integrative Medicine, Israel. Focusing therapist, The International Focusing Institute.

3. Clinic

   More than 20 years of practice and hundreds of patients. From 2014 to 2017 I directed the Clínica Integral de Manejo de Estrés Lomas Altas, where I worked alongside cardiologists on a mindfulness-based stress reduction program for cardiac patients.

4. Psychedelic integration

   Training in psychedelic-assisted therapy at CIIS (California Institute of Integral Studies) and with MAPS.

5. Integrative mental health

   Fellowship in Integrative Psychiatry, Integrative Psychiatry Institute (IPI).

6. Teaching

   I co-founded Ciencia Psicodélica, where we train therapists across Latin America and organize congresses and symposia on psychedelic-assisted therapy.

   I've given courses, workshops and retreats for two decades.

   I've taught at Reidman International College for Complementary and Integrative Medicine, Israel (2008–2011), Universidad del Medio Ambiente (2012–2014) and Instituto Integra de Psicoterapia Corporal (2015).

   In 2013 I co-organized The International Focusing Institute’s first winter retreat in Mexico.

7. Stage

   I speak at congresses and forums on integrative mental health and trauma, in Spanish, English and Hebrew. Next: Transform Trauma Mexico, February 2027, in Tulum.

8. Writing

   I'm writing a book on how what we call “I” is formed, and how to live in it more freely.

What matters most to me in this work is seeing someone come back to being alive.
